Daily Itinerary
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International (JRO) & Transfer to Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Your Bush Guides representative will greet you warmly with cold towels and transfer you in comfort to your luxury hotel in Arusha. Relax by the pool and meet your safari guide for an evening briefing.
Arusha to Tarangire National Park: The Kingdom of Elephants
Depart after breakfast towards Tarangire National Park. Known as the Elephant Sanctuary, encounter massive herds feeding beside towering baobabs. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the river where lions and leopards often stalk prey.
Tarangire to Central Serengeti: Crossing the Great Rift Valley
Journey through the lush high-altitude farmlands of Karatu and cross into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before reaching the endless golden plains of the Serengeti. Afternoon game drive targeting resident prides of lions.
Full-Day Exploration of Central Serengeti & Seronera River
Awake to the roar of distant lions. Spend a full day following the Seronera River valley where leopards lounge in sausage trees and cheetahs scan open plains for gazelles. Return to lodge for sundowners beside the campfire.
Serengeti Game Drive & Journey to Ngorongoro Crater Rim
Morning safari in the Serengeti seeking elusive serval cats and hyenas before traveling towards the volcanic highlands of Ngorongoro. Check into your luxury crater rim lodge with jaw-dropping views into the caldera.
Ngorongoro Crater Floor Descent: The Big Five Sanctuary
Early dawn descent 600 meters down into the caldera. The floor is dense with wildlife; search for the endangered black rhino, giant tusker elephants, and flamingos along Lake Magadi. Ascend in late afternoon and return to Arusha.
Arusha Cultural Experience & Departure Transfer to JRO
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and optional visit to the Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre and Tanzanite museum. Savor a final farewell lunch before your private transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your international flight home.
